Radford is 9-1 against Glenvar since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. The Radford Bobcats will venture away from home to take on the Glenvar Highlanders at 7:00 p.m. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

It was a proper cat-fight when Radford faced off against Alleghany on Monday. Radford received a blow as they fell 61-47 to Alleghany.

Meanwhile, Glenvar played a tough contest on Monday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against Lord Botetourt, falling 72-46. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Highlanders came into the game with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Virginia basketball rankings (they are ranked 78th, while the Cavaliers are ranked 251st).

Glenvar's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Radford, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Radford was able to grind out a solid victory over Glenvar when the teams last played back in February of 2024, winning 45-36. The rematch might be a little tougher for Radford since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
