Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Kiowa). They claimed a resounding 52-25 victory over the Cripple Creek-Victor Pioneers. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

Leading Kiowa to victory were Austin Brogger and Zayden Kalisch. Brogger dropped a double-double on 11 points and 14 rebounds, while Kalisch dropped a double-double on 18 points and 19 boards. Those 11 points gave Brogger a new career-high. Colby Current was another key player, putting up four points and nine rebounds.

Kiowa smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 26 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.

Cripple Creek-Victor lost on Friday despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Dylan Reyes, who posted 12 points along with eight boards and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Davien Estrada, who scored no points in addition to seven blocks and five rebounds.

Kiowa's record now sits at 4-7. As for Cripple Creek-Victor, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.

Kiowa has already played their next match, a 67-19 victory against Deer Trail on the 28th. As for Cripple Creek-Victor, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 47-27 defeat against South Park on the 27th.
