Basketball Recap: Camden Central Takes a Loss

Camden Central lost against Huntingdon back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Camden Central Lions lost 59-36 to the Huntingdon Mustangs. While losing is never fun, the Lions can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 305th, while the Mustangs are ranked 120th).

Camden Central's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Huntingdon, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Camden Central has already played their next matchup (against Stewart County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Huntingdon has also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against Waverly Central.
