Muir extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Trey Gamble. The Mustangs took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 49-0 win over the Crescenta Valley Falcons thanks in part to Gamble, who threw for 300 yards and six TDs while completing 77.3% of his passes. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for four or more in each of the last three games he's played.

Muir's record now sits at 5-1. As for Crescenta Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.

Muir and Crescenta Valley should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings. The Mustangs will face off against Arcadia at 7:00 p.m. on Friday with a big rank advantage (139 vs. 854). Meanwhile, Crescenta Valley (ranked 448th) will meet Glendale (ranked 915th) at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
