Volleyball Recap: Leroy Takes a Loss

Leroy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Southern Choctaw Indians. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bears of the 3-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2023.

Leroy's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Southern Choctaw, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-2.

Leroy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against McIntosh on the 16th. Hopefully Southern Choctaw paid attention to the Bears' game: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Bears at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
