Soccer Recap: New Hanover's Losing Streak Snapped at Five Games

New Hanover came into Tuesday's contest having lost five straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They and the South Brunswick Cougars finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for New Hanover as the team haven't won a game since February 25th.

Their goal came courtesy of Gracie Calderon, which was the first she's scored this season.

New Hanover (ranked 289th) will meet Ashley (ranked sixth) at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, South Brunswick will take on Topsail at 6:00 p.m. on Friday down 122 places (202 vs. 80).
