Basketball Game Preview: Sehome Mariners vs. Anacortes Seahawks

Sehome is 1-9 against Anacortes since January of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Sehome Mariners will welcome the Anacortes Seahawks at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, Sehome turned things around against Eastmont on Saturday. They enjoyed a cozy 52-38 victory over the Wildcats.

Meanwhile, Anacortes was able to grind out a solid win over Chelan on Saturday, taking the game 58-46. The matchup marked the Seahawks' most dominant victory of the season so far.

The win made it two in a row for Anacortes and bumps their season record up to 4-1. As for Sehome, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

Things could have been worse for Sehome, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 56-40 loss to Anacortes in their previous matchup back in February.
