The Truckee Wolverines will head out on the road to take on the Churchill County Greenwave at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Truckee will be coming into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line.

Last Friday, Truckee beat Fernley 17-7. The win was all the more spectacular given the Wolverines' disadvantage in MaxPreps' football rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 136th in California, while the Vaqueros are ranked 37th in Nevada).

The critical scores for Truckee came from Jace Estabrook and Jackson Wicks. Another player making a difference was Dylan Flynn, who rushed for 111 yards on only 14 carries.
