Robinson came into Friday's match looking for another win against Sickles, but Chase Weismiller wouldn't allow it. The Sickles Gryphons took their contest on Friday with ease, bagging a 91-51 win over the Robinson Knights thanks in part to Weismiller, who went 8 of 14 from beyond the arc on his way to 33 points and three steals. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 15.4 points per game.

The team also got some help courtesy of Gabriel Scott, who almost dropped a double-double on ten points and nine boards. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in assists (four).

Robinson lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Zyon Floyd, who posted 12 points and five rebounds. Floyd has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last five times he's played. Another player making a difference was Jaden Behel, who put up 17 points.

Sickles' victory bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Robinson, they dropped their record down to 3-12 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.

Sickles didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 56-51 win against Clearwater on the 11th. As for Robinson, they will venture away from home to take on Plant at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Plant will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Robinson surely won't give up without a fight.
