Baseball Recap: Redlands East Valley Beats Moreno Valley for Their Fourth Straight Win

Redlands East Valley had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They put the hurt on the Moreno Valley Vikings with a sharp 14-3 victory. For the Wildcats, this counts as revenge for the 8-7 win the Vikings walked away with the last time they faced one another back in March of 2022.

Redlands East Valley got a massive performance out of Connor Towns, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3. Arthur Chavez was another key player, going a perfect 1-for-1 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.

Towns wasn't the only one making solid contact: Redlands East Valley kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. That's the most hits they've posted since back in April of 2024.
