The Burkburnett Bulldogs will take on the Decatur Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Burkburnett will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

On Tuesday, Burkburnett got the win against Castleberry by a conclusive 15-2. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won nine matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Kennedy Smith made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out nine batters over five innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one walk in five consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, firing off two home runs, six RBI, and one double while going 3-for-4. Those six RBI gave her a new career-high.

In other batting news, Tatum Winney was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and one double. Those four RBI gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Delaney Reitz, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-2.
