Green Lake/Princeton has gone a perfect 10-0 against Randolph recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Tigersharks will face off against the Rockets at 5:00 p.m. Green Lake/Princeton is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.8 runs per game this season.

The scorekeeper got an easy start on Monday as neither Green Lake/Princeton nor Fall River made it on the board until the fifth inning. The Tigersharks fell just short of the Pirates by a score of 4-3. The Tigersharks' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Deegan McCutcheon was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he pitched six innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off nine hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Green Lake/Princeton saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Drake Westfield, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base. Westfield is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games he's played. Jamison Luepke also deserves some recognition as he hit his first triple of the season.

Meanwhile, Randolph was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 7-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of Ripon.

Green Lake/Princeton's record is now 8-7. As for Randolph, their record now sits at 1-12.

Everything went Green Lake/Princeton's way against Randolph when the teams last played back in May of 2024, as Green Lake/Princeton made off with a 17-3 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigersharks since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
