Soccer Game Preview: Gardner-Edgerton vs. Olathe West

Gardner-Edgerton hasn't had much luck against Olathe West recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. Gardner-Edgerton had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the four-goal drubbing they dealt Olathe South on Tuesday. The Trailblazers blew past the Falcons 5-1. The win continues a trend for Gardner-Edgerton in their matchups with Olathe South: they've now won three in a row.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last contest, Olathe West made sure to put some goals up on the board against Lawrence Free State last Tuesday. They never let the Firebirds get on the board and left with a 5-0 victory. The match was close at halftime, but Olathe West turned on the heat in the second half with four goals.
