There's no place like home for Otis, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They claimed a resounding 70-30 win over Peetz. Otis hasn't had any issues with Peetz recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Otis to victory, but perhaps none more so than Madelyn Willeke, who went 14-for-19 en route to 30 points and three steals. The dominant performance gave Willeke a new career-high in points. Aedyn Tribelhorn was another key player, dropping a double-double with 18 points and ten assists.

Otis was working as a unit and finished the game with 22 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Despite the defeat, Peetz saw an underclassman step up: freshman Nataleigh Kalb dropped a double-double with 12 points and ten rebounds. Kalb has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last four times she's played.

Otis now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Peetz, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 12 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season.

Otis has already played their next contest, a 47-44 win against Lone Star on the 17th. As for Peetz, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 26-22 loss against Front Range Baptist on the 14th.
