Recap: Opelika Bulldogs vs. Enterprise Wildcats
After flying high against the Smiths Station Panthers last Friday, The Opelika Bulldogs came back down to earth. Opelika took a 28-14 bruising from Enterprise on Thursday. Opelika lost against Enterprise in their previous head to head back in October of 2022, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 22-14 score last time.
Keion Dunlap had an outrageously good game for Enterprise as he rushed for 161 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.5 yards per carry. Eric Winters also helped out as he racked up 100 rushing yards.
Opelika's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Enterprise, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season.
Opelika will be playing at home against Dothan on October 27th. As for Enterprise, they will head out on the road to face off against JAG at 7:00 p.m. on October 27th. JAG comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
