With a playoff win on the line, Hallettsville rose to the challenge on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Marion Bulldogs as they made off with a 14-4 win. The Brahmas are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 20 straight.

Hallettsville's victory bumped their record up to 28-3. As for Marion, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 23-7.

As of now, neither Hallettsville nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
