Baseball Recap: Palmer Takes a Loss

Palmer lost against Colony back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Moose fell 7-3 to the Knights.

Palmer saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Avery Shults, who went 2-for-3 with one run. Avan Yocum also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

Palmer now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Colony, they moved to 2-3 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

While Palmer had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
