Softball Recap: Trinity Christian Lions vs. Upson-Lee Knights

Trinity Christian entered their tilt with Upson-Lee on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They never let the Upson-Lee Knights onto the board and left with a 15-0 win. Considering the Lions have won 13 games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Cacie Cutright was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Cutright was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while going 1-for-2.

In other batting news, Kayden Harrison was incredible, going 3-for-3 with a home run, five RBI, and three runs. Avery Lucchesi was another key player, going 3-for-3 with a home run, two runs, and two RBI.

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Trinity Christian was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .500. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .314 or higher in three consecutive matches.
