The Woodlands takes down Klein Collins in a playoff battle

Recap: The Woodlands Highlanders vs. Klein Collins Tigers
With a playoff game on the line, The Woodlands Highlanders rose to the challenge on Friday. They slipped by the Tigers 28-27. The win made it back-to-back wins for The Woodlands.
Mabrey Mettauer continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 92 yards and a touchdown. Quanell Farrakhan jr. was another key contributor, gaining 99 total yards and a touchdown.
The Woodlands' victory bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Klein Collins, their loss ended a 11-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 10-2.
The Woodlands will square off against Duncanville at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Duncanville knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past 11 matchups -- so hopefully The Woodlands likes a good challenge. Klein Collins does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
