Soccer Recap: Pilgrim Falls Short Against Ranked Coventry

Pilgrim faced Coventry in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Patriots took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Oakers. Pilgrim have struggled against Coventry recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Pilgrim's defeat dropped their record down to 7-3. As for Coventry, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-2-2.
