Two dominant backs in Adam McGinnis Morgan and Ian Terrell are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Rock Springs Christian Academy Eagles will take on the Creekside Christian Academy Cougars at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Rock Springs Christian Academy is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Towns County on Thursday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Although Creekside Christian Academy took the loss, they still got scores from Cooper Rossiter and Terrell.

Creekside Christian Academy's defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 7-3. As for Rock Springs Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3.

Friday's game might be decided on the ground. Rock Springs Christian Academy has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 210.5 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Creekside Christian Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 203.2 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's matchup turns into a tough fight on the ground.

Rock Springs Christian Academy was dealt a bruising 36-6 defeat at the hands of Creekside Christian Academy in their previous meeting back in October. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of the Cougars' Tyler Keith, who threw for 158 yards and five TDs on only 14 passes.
