Volleyball Recap: Hilliard Bradley Comes Up Short

Hilliard Bradley lost against Dublin Coffman on April 10th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Jaguars fell 3-1 to the Shamrocks. While the Jaguars didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Shamrocks 25-21 in the first set.

Hilliard Bradley started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-21, 25-22, 25-18.

David Sang paced Hilliard Bradley's offense, picking up ten kills. Sang got some help from Noah Santone and his 27 assists. Sang was also solid from the service line: he led the team with three aces.

Hilliard Bradley has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season. As for Dublin Coffman, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-10.

Hilliard Bradley has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Olentangy on the 30th. As for Dublin Coffman, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Dublin Scioto on the 2nd.
