Central is a perfect 3-0 against Bishop Guilfoyle since May of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. Central will host Bishop Guilfoyle at 4:30 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for Central and three for Bishop Guilfoyle.

Central came up short against Bellefonte on Thursday, falling 11-3.

Central saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hailey Fries, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4. Alexis Fetzer was another, going 3-for-4 with one RBI.

Meanwhile, Bishop Guilfoyle lost 14-3 to Clearfield on Tuesday.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Bishop Guilfoyle, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Central took their victory against Bishop Guilfoyle in their previous meeting back in May of 2023 by a conclusive 15-0. Will Central repeat their success, or does Bishop Guilfoyle has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
