Patrick Henry extended their winning streak to four on Friday, bumping them up to 4-0. They came out on top against the Fleming Colonels by a score of 14-2. For the Patriots, this counts as revenge for the 41-13 win the Colonels walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

Leading Patrick Henry to victory were Damarion Perdue and Cam Hairston-Taylor. Perdue rushed for 114 yards and two scores, while Hairston-Taylor picked up 143 receiving yards.

As for Fleming, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2. Having soared to a lofty 34 points in the game before, they couldn't push the score so high this time.

When it comes to explaining why Fleming lost, don't look at Josiah Ragland. Despite the final result, he rushed for 125 yards on only 13 carries.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Patrick Henry will welcome Hidden Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Patriots' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Fleming, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on George Washington at 7:00 p.m. on October 3.
