Baseball Recap: Medina Finds Playoff Glory Versus Fredonia

With a playoff win on the line, Medina rose to the challenge on Thursday. They skirted past the Fredonia Hillbillies 2-1. That's two games straight that the Mustangs have won by just one run.

Preston Woodworth spent all nine innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on three hits and racked up 13 Ks. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in 11 consecutive appearances.
