Volleyball Recap: Tahquitz Comes Up Short

Tahquitz was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They came up short against Temescal Canyon, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Temescal Canyon this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in March.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-19, 25-4.

Tahquitz's loss dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Temescal Canyon, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Tahquitz is set to challenge their familiar foe San Jacinto at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Temescal Canyon will take on rival West Valley at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
