Soccer Game Preview: Hasbrouck Heights vs. New Milford

The Hasbrouck Heights Aviators will face off against the New Milford Knights at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Hasbrouck Heights will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

If New Milford heads into halftime all tied up, they better play a good second half: that's when Hasbrouck Heights took over last week. The Aviators came out on top against Palisades Park by a score of 3-1 on Monday. Given Hasbrouck Heights' advantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey soccer rankings (they are ranked 95th, while Palisades Park are ranked 241st) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, New Milford had just enough and edged out Lodi 2-1 on Monday.

New Milford now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Hasbrouck Heights, their win bumped their record up to 7-2-1.
