St. Thomas More Academy had won 15 straight games and Portia Hale did her part to make it 16 on Friday. Everything went the Chancellors' way against the Friendship Christian Falcons as they made off with a 3-0 victory for which the team can thank Hale, who had 16 digs and five aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 16 or more in each of the last four games she's played.

St. Thomas More Academy's win bumped their record up to 20-1. As for Friendship Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season.

St. Thomas More Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Thales Academy Apex on the 11th. Friendship Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
