Recap: Ogden Tigers vs. Bonneville Lakers

After flying high against North Summit last Tuesday, Ogden came back down to earth. The Ogden Tigers fell just short of the Bonneville Lakers by a score of 11-10 on Wednesday. Both teams can probably skip cardio this week after making that many trips around the bases.

Diego DeLeon made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored three runs and stole two bases while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Luke Bushell, who scored a run while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances.

On Bonneville's side, Jaygen Noble was incredible, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-4. Another player making a difference was Wade Larsen, who went 2-for-4 with a stolen base, two RBI, and a double.

Ogden now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Bonneville, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.
