Soccer Recap: Auburn Extends Winning Streak to Four

Auburn won the last time they faced Giles and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Eagles put the hurt on the Spartans with a sharp 4-1 victory. Auburn might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matches by three goals or more this season.

They hit Giles with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Kaycie Smith, Lucy George, Marley Thomas, and Beverly Warner.

The win (which was Auburn's fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those four contests. As for Giles, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-5.
