Volleyball Recap: Madison County Finds Home Court Redemption Against Fort White

There's no place like home for Madison County, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Fort White Indians on Wednesday. That's more bragging rights for the Cowboys, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The victory didn't come easy: Fort White scored at least 18 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 22-25, 25-18, 27-25.

Among those leading the charge was Logan Bass, who had five aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in August of 2024.

The win got Madison County back to even at 2-2. As for Fort White, their loss was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2.

Madison County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Community Christian on the 22nd. As for Fort White, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Dixie County on the 21st.
