Basketball Recap: Springfield Triumphs

Springfield won the last time they faced Hilliard Bradley, and Dayveona Boynton did her part to make sure it happened again. The Springfield Wildcats claimed a resounding 61-30 win over the Hilliard Bradley Jaguars thanks in part to Boynton, who went 9 of 15 on her way to 25 points in addition to six rebounds and four steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last five games she's played.

The victory got Springfield back to even at 6-6. As for Hilliard Bradley, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season.

Springfield has already played their next game, a 60-55 defeat against Beavercreek on the 11th. As for Hilliard Bradley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 47-46 win against Marysville on the 14th.
