Volleyball Recap: Northridge Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Northridge can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the South Bend Saint Joseph Huskies on Saturday. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Huskies this season, with their most recent defeat being a 2-1 loss back in April.

Despite the loss, Northridge still got an impressive performance from Bryant Hernandez, who had 12 digs.

Northridge has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-11 record this season. As for South Bend Saint Joseph, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-13.

Northridge does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for South Bend Saint Joseph, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against Penn on the 17th.
