Basketball Recap: NSU University Makes It Nine in a Row at Home

There's no place like home for NSU University, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They managed a 45-41 victory over the Key West Conchs on Saturday. Given the Sharks' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 127th, while the Conchs are ranked 552nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

NSU University's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kenna Cohen-Osceola, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 13 boards. The dominant performance also gave Cohen-Osceola a new career-high in blocks (six). Another player making a difference was Lielle Montgomery, who posted eight points along with ten rebounds and four steals.
