The North Valley Christian Academy Lions will take on the San Tan Charter Roadrunners at 2:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as North Valley Christian Academy comes in on four and San Tan Charter on six.
North Valley Christian Academy's pitching crew heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Saturday. Everything went their way against Wickenburg as they made off with a 10-0 victory.

Brayden Collins made a splash no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over five innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because North Valley Christian Academy is undefeated when he allows at most two earned runs, but 3-12-1 otherwise. Collins was also big at the plate, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. He is on a roll when it comes to home runs, as he's now launched at least one in each of the last three games he's played.
In other batting news, Levi Corrigan and Duvuagn Pryce did most of the damage at the plate: Corrigan scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances, while Pryce scored two runs and stole two bases while going 1-for-2. Corrigan has become a key player for North Valley Christian Academy: the team is 3-1-1 when he posts at least two stolen bases, but 3-11 otherwise. Jacob Bradley was another key player, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with one stolen base and one RBI.
Meanwhile, it was close, but on Thursday San Tan Charter sidestepped Chandler Prep for a 3-1 win. The three-run effort marked the Roadrunners' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.
Dillon Wildrick spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on three hits and racked up 14 Ks.
At the plate, Richie Perez was excellent, scoring a run while going 2-for-2. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in doubles (two). Another player making a difference was Tommy Crupi, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.
San Tan Charter's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-1. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.0 runs over those games. As for North Valley Christian Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 6-12-1.
Tuesday's game might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. North Valley Christian Academy has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .445. However, it's not like San Tan Charter struggles in that department as they've averaged .522. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
