Basketball Recap: Poplar Bluff Takes a Loss

Poplar Bluff lost against Dexter back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Poplar Bluff Mules took a 43-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dexter Bearcats.

Poplar Bluff's loss dropped their record down to 14-9. As for Dexter, the victory got them back to even at 11-11.

When Poplar Bluff and Dexter next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Poplar Bluff will try to stop Portageville's 13-game winning streak when the meet at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Poplar Bluff will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive. Similarly, Dexter will take on Jackson and their nine-game winning streak at 7:00 p.m. on February 24th.
