Plainfield North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost an 8-6 heartbreaker at the hands of the Oswego Panthers.

Plainfield North's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Oswego, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-9.

Plainfield North does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Oswego, they have already played their next contest, a 20-0 win against Wheaton-Warrenville South on the 2nd.
