Basketball Recap: Como Park Cougars vs. Roosevelt Teddies
Como Park extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to 15 on Tuesday, dropping them down to 0-14. They took a blow against the Roosevelt Teddies, falling 75-41. The Cougars lost against the Teddies in their previous head to head back in January of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 81-76 score last time.
As for Roosevelt, the victory snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 4-5 record. They have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Como Park will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Humboldt at 7:00 p.m. on January 9th. As for Roosevelt, they will head out to square off against Camden at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
