Baseball Game Preview: Olmsted Falls Bulldogs vs. Midview Middies

For the second straight game, Olmsted Falls will face off against Midview. The Bulldogs will head out to square off against the Middies at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Olmsted Falls is coming into the game hot, having won their last three games.

If Olmsted Falls beats Midview with ten runs on Tuesday, it's going to be the team's new lucky number: they've won their past two contests with that exact score. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Middies by a score of 10-7 on Monday.

Sam Kolasky looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. He also tossed no walks, which is notable because Olmsted Falls is 2-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 4-8 otherwise.

On the hitting side, Olmsted Falls got a big performance out of Luke Perkins, who went 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI. Ryan Henderson was another key player, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with three runs and one RBI.

Olmsted Falls' victory bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Midview, they moved to 6-12 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
