 St. Francis is 9-1 against Nichols since April of 2018, and they'll have a chance to extend that success  on Wednesday. The St. Francis Red Raiders will head out on the road to  face off against  the Nichols Vikings at 4:45  p.m. St. Francis will be hoping to continue their four-game streak of scoring more  runs each  contest than the last.
 St. Francis is headed into the  matchup fresh off scoring the most  runs they have all season. They put the hurt on Cardinal O'Hara with a sharp  19-0 victory on Monday. The team's explosion at the plate also rewarded St. Francis with their most commanding win of the  season.
  Adam Suffoletto looked comfortable as he  tossed three innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits.
 At the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  Luke Rybczynski, who  scored a  run and  stole four bases while going 2-for-2. Another player making a difference was  Zach LaRosa, who  scored two  runs while going 2-for-2.
 Meanwhile, Nichols was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Monday as the team picked up their third straight  loss. They fell just short of St. Mary's by a score of  6-4.
 Nichols saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Jakson Ross, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-4.
 St. Francis' win bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Nichols, they now  have a losing record at 5-6.
