The Northwest Vikings had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat Northeast 65-21 at home. That looming 65-21 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Northwest yet this season.
Northwest's win bumped their record up to 13-9. As for Northeast, they dropped their record down to 1-20 with that loss, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Northwest didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 64-48 defeat vs. Rossview on the 9th. Northeast has also already played their next contest, a 88-67 defeat against Dickson County on the 9th.
