Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rock Hill). Everything went their way against the Northwestern Trojans on Thursday as they made off with a 4-1 victory. The win was some much needed relief for Rock Hill as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Rock Hill picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 3-11-1. As for Northwestern, their loss was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-14.

Rock Hill and Northwestern will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matches. The next time the Bearcats see the pitch they'll take on Catawba Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on the 29th. As for Northwestern, their break will end when they face Indian Land at 7:00 p.m. on May 2.
