Hannibal kept a clean sheet against Fulton on Thursday. They blew past the Hornets 8-0. Considering Hannibal have won seven games by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Hannibal pushed their record up to 8-2 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those five matchups. As for Fulton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hannibal will venture away from home to challenge Quincy Notre Dame at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Fulton, they will head out to take on Christian Fellowship at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Fulton will need to watch out since Christian Fellowship has now posted at least four goals in their last three contests.
