West Carter is a perfect 10-0 against Menifee County since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Comets will welcome the Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. Menifee County took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on West Carter, who comes in off a win.

On Tuesday, West Carter needed a bit of extra time to put away Bath County. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-4 win over the Wildcats. The game was the first time the Comets have beaten the Wildcats on their field since May 25, 2019.

Meanwhile, Menifee County lost 13-7 to Owsley County on Monday. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Owls / Lady Owls recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Bradley Davis was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 4-for-4 with three stolen bases and two RBI.

Menifee County's loss dropped their record down to 5-18. As for West Carter, the victory got them back to even at 10-10.

Everything went West Carter's way against Menifee County in their previous meeting last Monday, as West Carter made off with a 13-2 win. Will the Comets repeat their success, or do the Wildcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
