Tri-City Christian is headed out to face NCSSM: Durham after opening their season at home and giving their fans just what they were looking for. Tri-City Christian was the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over John Yowell Academy on Wednesday.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Tri-City Christian took every set by at least 14 points. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-5, 25-8.

Meanwhile, NCSSM: Durham came up short against Hough on Saturday and fell 2-0. The Unicorns have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
