Softball Recap: San Pasqual Drops Highest Score of Season Against Escondido

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask San Pasqual). They never let the Escondido Cougars get on the board and left with a 21-0 win on Friday. The victory continues a trend for the Golden Eagles in their matchups with the Cougars: they've now won nine in a row.

Kayleigh Carby looked comfortable as she pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.

At the plate, San Pasqual got a massive performance out of Aaliyah Harris, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4. Harris also brought in three RBI, marking her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Ruby Cortez, who scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.
