Volleyball Recap: Fredericktown Starts Season with Win at Home

Fredericktown gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They came out on top against Herculaneum by a score of 3-1. The win continues a trend for Fredericktown in their matchups with Herculaneum: they've now won eight in a row.

Fredericktown had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 20-25, 25-16, 25-18, 25-19.

Fredericktown found their leader in sophomore Riley TInnin- Mangold, who had six digs and three aces.
