Softball Recap: Centennial Comes Up Short

Centennial was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 8-1 to the Indianapolis Bishop Chatard Trojans. That's two games in a row now that the Cougars have lost by exactly seven runs.

Centennial's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Indianapolis Bishop Chatard, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Centennial didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 12-7 defeat against Hendersonville on the 11th. As for Indianapolis Bishop Chatard, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-2 loss against Brentwood Academy on the 11th.
