Basketball Recap: Benton Harbor Takes a Loss

Benton Harbor was the 66-56 winner over Kalamazoo Central when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Benton Harbor Tigers took a blow against the Kalamazoo Central Maroon Giants on Tuesday, falling 87-56.

Benton Harbor's defeat dropped their record down to 14-6. As for Kalamazoo Central, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season.

Coming up, Benton Harbor will look to defend their home court on Friday against Berrien Springs at 7:00 p.m. Berrien Springs will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Benton Harbor surely won't give up without a fight. As for Kalamazoo Central, they will venture away from home to challenge Gull Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
