Oldham County extended their winning streak to three on Saturday, bumping their season record up to 26-6 in the process. They blew past the Mercy Jaguars 10-4. The Colonels might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 contests by six runs or more this season.

Jozie Lashley made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out six batters over 3.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits (and only one walk). She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.

In other batting news, Natalie Cheatham was incredible, going 2-for-4 with three stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI. She continues to improve, besting her previous run total in each of the last three games she's played. Kayla Cartledge was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and one run.

As for Mercy, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 17-12. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss they have suffered since April 26th.

On Mercy's side, Haley Rupe made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with one home run.
